So, we asked a few questions…
My inspiration was the glitz & glamour of Dubai. It’s a luxurious setting in the middle of a desert that encompasses so much beauty. I travel to Dubai often and it was my dream to shoot there one day. In Dubai women really go above and beyond with looking and feeling beautiful whether it comes to fashion or beauty. In Dubai women really go above and beyond with looking and feeling beautiful whether it comes to fashion or beauty. Women from all over the world go to Dubai and showcase their version of beauty… there are no rules and I love that! I wanted to share the beauty of Dubai with those who dream of one day visiting there. I couldn’t have done it without the international vendors that came together to make my vision a reality!
HOW DID YOU CHOOSE THE MODEL?
For the model, I carefully selected someone who would not only compliment the beauty, elegance and grace of her surroundings of the Palace (downtown Dubai) but enhance in the stunning gowns by Ines Di Santo and Terani Couture.
MORE WORDS ON THE DRESS…
Styles of the dress however I simply wanted something eye-catching, unique with beautiful details that would complement the exotic model and stand out against the scenery and location. I would talk about the dress being a masterpiece couture gown by designer Ines Di Santo. It gives every bride a stunning figure the dress is made of every refined material and its fully beaded with Palliates also the gown is a combination of Cameo pink and off white wedding gown.
WHAT ABOUT THE MAKEUP AND HAIR?
I wanted to create a style that today’s woman or bride can wear to their own wedding. A classic, timeless vintage hairstyle that compliments most women; paired with a sultry, seductive golden-bronze smokey-eye. For the first look with the wedding gown, I chose to pair the golden-eyes with a fresh, pop of pink for her lips. This I felt captured the natural radiance of the new-bride.
For the second look (evening gown: Terani Couture), I chose to transition the look to an evening look and applied a dark, vampy lip to really create a sultry look. The darker lip paired with the golden eyes really stood out against the stunning golden-champagne tones of the gown.
